FAQ about CLOUT CARE and warranty
We give you a 2-year guarantee on the coating of your jewelry. Self-inflicted damage is excluded from this guarantee. Self-inflicted damage in this case means if the coating has come off due to the use of force (e.g. chipped areas, dents).
Your jewelry insurance must be purchased together with your piece of jewelry and is not transferable. CLOUT CARE insurance is no longer possible at a later date.
The insurance is only valid once. This means that you can only have your piece of jewelry repaired once. However, if you know that you will need repairs again and again due to your professional activity or handling of jewelry, then contact us and we will find a solution.
The repair may take 1-7 working days.
What is included?
- One-time repair in case of self-inflicted damage, *if this is still possible
- Unique setting of a fallen stone
- One-time renewal of a jump ring
- If repair is not possible, you will receive a new piece of jewelry upon return of the defective piece of jewelry.
