It can happen again and again that we get caught on our jewelry, which may cause a jump ring to open or a stone to fall out. So that you don't have to throw away your favorite piece of jewelry straight away, we offer a repair service for you.

If you do not take out a Clout Care package, a spontaneous repair, if still possible, will cost € 7.00.

FAQ about CLOUT CARE and warranty

Why do I need CLOUT CARE when I have a 2-year warranty?

We give you a 2-year guarantee on the coating of your jewelry. Self-inflicted damage is excluded from this guarantee. Self-inflicted damage in this case means if the coating has come off due to the use of force (e.g. chipped areas, dents).

Until when can I complete CLOUT CARE?

Your jewelry insurance must be purchased together with your piece of jewelry and is not transferable. CLOUT CARE insurance is no longer possible at a later date.

How often can I use CLOUT CARE?

The insurance is only valid once. This means that you can only have your piece of jewelry repaired once. However, if you know that you will need repairs again and again due to your professional activity or handling of jewelry, then contact us and we will find a solution.

How long does a repair take?

The repair may take 1-7 working days.
